WHAT ARE WE DOING IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 

As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols. We are redefining our cleaning & safety standards and we will be actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure we have a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. All aspects of our business with be addressed, from public spaces, guest rooms to in-house dining. 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in is from 2 pm and check out is 10 am.  If you require an earlier check in, or later check out, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability with priority give to those who have booked directly with the motel.

Is parking available?

Free parking is available in our private carpark at the rear of the property.

How many levels does the property have?

Our property consists of ground and first-floor rooms. We offer both stairs and a lift for convenient access to the upper floor.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

All rooms have a microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, crockery and cutlery.  Also provided in rooms are an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, desk, luggage rack, dining table and chairs.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Wi-fi is available to guest at no cost.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted on the property, except for registered assistance animals. Guests will be asked to provide adequate evidence for registered assistance animals.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is available as room service at an added cost.  Please ask reception for a menu on arrival.

Is there a restaurant on-site?

While there is not an on-site restaurant, there is a Hotel opposite that will deliver meals to your room with no delivery fee.

Is there a smoking policy?

We offer a dedicated outdoor undercover smoking area. There is strictly no smoking or vaping in any other areas of the property.

Do you have laundry facilities?

We provide a common laundry at the property with a washing machine and dryer for guest use. Laundry hours for guest are strictly from 2 pm to 7.30 pm. The laundry door will be locked at 7.30 pm and guests need to take this into account for the washing and drying time.

How many adults are permitted in the family rooms?

The family rooms are designed for families that are parents and 2 or 3 children depending on whether there are 2 or 3 single beds. A child is a person under the age of 18.

At the discretion of the management, adult children may be permitted along with their parents.
